As Social Media Manager for Sanuk, a California-based footwear company known for putting the funk back in functional footwear, Rachel Gross strategically surfs the web as the voice of Sanuk incorporating elements of branding, online reputation management, public relations, search engine optimization, and customer service -- all while not taking anything too seriously. Prior to Sanuk, Rachel served as Social Media Specialist at Boost Mobile, a prepaid cell phone brand of Sprint Corporation. Her other specialties include analyst relations, event planning, and media training, working with brands such as Quest Software and Parasoft. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys competing in triathlons, traveling, cooking, and playing an active role in her local Jewish community.
